FAQs

  • Life happens—I totally get it! I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date if rescheduled with enough notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a forfeited session fee. Weddings have a different cancelation policy.

  • Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due on or before the session day.

  • The number of images depends on the package you choose! Each session includes a set number of professionally edited images delivered through an online gallery, with the option to purchase more if you’d like.

  • For outdoor sessions, I keep an eye on the forecast and will reach out the day before if it looks questionable. We’ll reschedule at no extra cost if the weather doesn’t cooperate!

  • Travel within Crossfield, Airdrie, and Calgary is included. For sessions outside these areas, a small travel fee may apply.

  • Why are Rockies sessions priced higher?
    Sessions in Banff, Canmore, and the surrounding Rockies require additional travel and time, as well as photography permits issued by Parks Canada. These costs are reflected in the pricing to ensure your session is fully compliant and seamlessly planned.
